Cancellation
Because each order is produced specifically for you, it is exempt from standard cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once production has started.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that design work or production has not yet begun.
After this 24-hour period, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Damages, Defects & Issues

Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Products must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for their intended purpose.
We provide a warranty that, upon delivery, products will:
- Match the approved design in all material respects
- Be free from defects in materials, design, and workmanship
- Be of satisfactory quality
- Be fit for any purpose stated or agreed
If a product does not meet these standards, you may request a remedy provided that:
- You notify us within 5 business days of delivery for issues visible on inspection
- For hidden defects, you notify us within a reasonable time after discovery
- You provide reasonable evidence of the issue (such as photos or video)
- You return the product if reasonably requested
Failure to notify within the required timeframe may be treated as acceptance of the product.
Where a valid issue is confirmed, we may, at our discretion:
- Repair the product
- Replace the product
- Modify the product
- Or issue a full or partial refund
