Frequently Asked Questions

The design process

What is the process?

1. You place your order.
2. We send you a form to provide vehicle and design details.
3. We send you a design to review in 2-3 working days.
4. You either approve the design or request revisions (up to 2 rounds of revisions included).
5. Once you have signed off on the design, we print your signs and send out to you within 3 working days.

Do I get design revisions?

Yes, we include up to 2 rounds of revisions at no extra cost.

When will I receive my initial design?

Once you make an order and submit our form with a few extra details, we will have your design over to you in 2-3 working days.

If any revisions are needed, they are generally sent back to you within 1 working day.

How much say do I have in the design?

As much or as little as you like. We give you the chance to tell us what you’d like in our post-purchase form before we go ahead and design it.

If you decide not to give us any direction, we will go ahead and create the designs based on your logo, website etc.

How do I tell you what info I’d like on the signs?

In our post-purchase form, you’ll be asked what information (services, contact, socials, etc) you’d like to be included on them.

For your logo to print cleanly, it needs to be in one of the following file formats:
– PDF
– EPS
– SVG
– AI (Adobe Illustrator)

If you don’t have the above file type, we offer a £25 service to convert your logo to a printable format.

I don’t have a logo, what can I do?

No problem at all, we can put your business name in an appealing font that stands out from the rest.

My van has deadlocks and/or camera, can I still have magnetic signs?

Yes, we will send you a template to cut around your deadlock. Since they are in slightly different positions, you just need to measure the position and then place the template in the appropriate place.

My sign has arrived damaged or with a defect or with an error, what do I do?

Please contact us with a photo of the issue and we will do all that we can to rectify it for you. We reply to emails within 24 hours.

If the item is damaged or has a defect, we will send out a free replacement to you. For errors that were approved in the design process, please still get in touch and we will do our best to help.

I no longer need my sign(s), what is your return policy?

Due to the custom nature of our items we are unable to accept returns.

Can I cancel my order before it is printed?

Yes, within 14 days, but please note that if the cancellation request is made after we’ve sent an initial design proof, your order will be refunded minus a £50 design fee. After the point of receiving your second round of design(s), we are unable to offer any refunds.

If you have already received your sign(s), please refer to the relevant question in the FAQ.

Installing, using and maintaining your signs

How do I install the magnetic signs?

Our magnetic signs are straightforward to install. Simply clean the panels of your van, make sure it is dry without any dust/debris then place the signs in the correct position and flat to the panel without any air gaps.

Will they stay on at motorway speeds?

Yes, our magnets are vehicle-grade and rated for motorway speeds when installed correctly. Please refer to the installation FAQ.

Can I leave them on constantly?

For maximum lifespan and to help keep your vehicle’s paint in good condition, magnets should be removed on a regular basis. Clean both the magnet and the vehicle surface with warm, soapy water, rinse, dry thoroughly, and then reapply. We recommend doing this once a week.

Leaving magnets in place for extended periods without cleaning the area underneath may lead to paint damage, for which we cannot accept responsibility. Magnets should also not be used during very hot weather, as heat can build up beneath them and potentially affect the paintwork.

What maintenance is needed?

To protect your vehicle’s paintwork, remove the magnets at least once a week. Clean both the magnets and the vehicle surface using a cloth and warm soapy water, then dry thoroughly before reapplying. Regular cleaning helps prevent moisture and dirt from building up underneath.

Always make sure the surface is completely clean and dry before application. Never apply magnets to damp or wet areas, as trapped moisture can cause staining or rust.

Handle magnets with care. Do not bend, fold, or crease them, as this can affect their shape and performance. When not in use, store magnets rolled up with the printed side facing outward. Avoid rolling them too tightly to maintain their condition.
